A CNC-milled, two-part floating plate in jelutong wood, designed to choreograph intimate exchanges between omakase chefs (itamae, 板前) and guests. Comprising a circular base and a detachable, paint-palette-inspired surface, the plate foregrounds the visual experience of omakase while enabling tactile moments of offering and dialogue throughout the meal.
